Contact a Forza technical specialist today for product support and basic installation assistance. We ask that you read the following steps before sending your request.
-
Please read our FAQ section for simple technical questions (eg. Winpower password). If you do not find a solution to your problem please move to step 2.
-
Determine if your unit is overloaded
-
Look for the number of watts on every piece of equipment attached to your unit – watts will have a W next to the number (example: 400W)
-
If you cannot find a number with a W. Then look for a number that has an A next to it (example 2A). This A stands for amps. Please multiply the number of amps times the voltage (120V or 220V) to determine the amount of watts that the equipment uses.
-
Add up the total wattage for all the equipments attached to the unit.
-
Check the specifications of your unit to determine the amount of watts allowed.
-
If the total wattage exceeds the maximum wattage allowed by the unit, then the unit is overloaded. Unplug some of your equipment to see if the problem is corrected. If the unit is now working properly, do not return to the original setup.
-
If your unit is still not functioning properly please continue to the next step.
